Sites were then identified as suitable (1) or unsuitable (0) to achieve a variety of ecosystem service benefits: Air Quality (near parking lots and the ROW) , Water Quality (100' of surface water bodies), Wildlife Habitat Connectivity (suitable if within 100' of surface water bodies AND 100' of large [greater than 5 ac.] tracts of tree canopy) and Riparian Restoration (within the National Flood Hazard Layer for Blaine County [surrogate for floodplain]).</SPAN></P><P STYLE="text-align:Justify;font-style:italic;font-weight:bold;margin:0 0 0 0;"><SPAN><SPAN>In accordance with Federal law and U.S. Department of Agriculture policy, this institution is prohibited from discriminating on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability.
